Thank you for those who visited ColorID at the 2012 NACCU conference in Seattle! We had a lot going on this year including our customer appreciation Event, our first scavenger hunt, three product and technology presentations and all our new products in our booth (including the CardSmith transaction system and our biometric products).

We have been in conversations with our vending partner about the placements of the Starbucks E-Cup Vending machine on campus. At this point, we have two commitments for placement but are were wondering if any of the members of NACAS that have this vending machine on campus could/ would share information on some of the challenges and lessons learned so that we can avoid any miscues after we implement.

“Don’t Settle” -- On Steve Jobs. On-the-Road 10-11-2011
Death at an early age is often viewed as tragic, but the recent death of Steve Jobs, founder and CEO of Apple, Inc. has been widely publicized and widely mourned. There is much about his life, deeds and recorded words that can cause all of us to think about how WE can be better innovators, entrepreneurs, educators, or managers, and how we might have to overcome obstacles while we improve.
